Information entered in the generator
Business, customer, item, pricing, and payment information entered into the generator is processed in your browser. Printing and PDF creation use your browser’s print features.
Saved documents
If you select Save document, it is stored locally by your browser on that device. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to open it. Clearing browser storage may remove it.
Website operation
Like most websites, the hosting service may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Do not use the generator to store sensitive payment-card, banking-password, or government-identification information.
Your responsibility
Review documents before sending them. Keep copies in your own recordkeeping system and follow the privacy, tax, accounting, and invoice-retention rules that apply to your business.
